Bed and Breakfast on the edge of the marsh in the picturesque village of Warham, close to Wells-next-the-sea on the North Norfolk coast
We have one double bedroom on the ground floor with a private shower room and kitchen.
The room has patio doors onto the gardens. Feel free to sit out and enjoy.
Wi-Fi available.
The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, and fridge so that you can cater for yourselves. Tea, coffee, cereals and breakfast provisions are included with a loaf of home made bread.
Alternatively you may opt for a cooked breakfast served in the home kitchen.
A travel cot is available for a baby or small child.
A very friendly dog lives on site, so all guests will be carefully scrutinised. If you are not comfortable with dogs, I am sorry, he does have free run of the garden (but of course, not your room) at all times.
You may park in the driveway off road.
