Bed and Breakfast on the edge of the marsh in the picturesque village of Warham, close to Wells-next-the-sea on the North Norfolk coast
We have one double bedroom on the ground floor with a private shower room and kitchen.
The room has patio doors onto the gardens which you are free to sit out and enjoy.
The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave oven and fridge in order that you can cater for yourselves with tea and coffee. Breakfast provisions are provided:
Home made bread
Jam and marmalade
Cheeses
Meats
Cereals
Yoghurt
Fruit
Alternatively you may opt for a cooked breakfast served in the home kitchen.
A travel cot is available for a baby or small child.
A very friendly dog lives on site, therefore all guests will be carefully scrutinised. If you are not comfortable with dogs I am sorry but he does have free run of the garden at all times.
